Forgot what the actual limit is, but if you have a good reason you can ask someone in charge to increase your upload limit. However, 40 meg is almost unheard of so in my opinion you should compress that shit.

FORGET IT... AFTER HALF A DAY IT WAS COMPRESSED TO THE SHITTEST QUALITY AND WAS STILL OVER 100 MEG.
