1. Music goes in the audio portal.
2. The file needs to be an mp3 file (or so it says in the submit page).

well it's generally discouraged, but if it's good people tend to ignore the convention. i've seen some videos-in-swfs in the flash portal from time to time.

If you want them in the portal they must be in .swf.
I personally prefer the animations in pure real-time vector, but, when this is not possible (excessive size, used alter effects or some kind of program to add extra spice to your flash...), it's perfectably admisible. Like the example below:

So, I encourage you to try and convert those videos in .swf files and upload them in the portal... I browsed a little your webpage and they are really, REALLY worth something.
On a smaller scale, you can embed YouTube movies to your userposts (like this one). If the portal option fails (And it'd be a real pity, I remark.) and you really want to show your work in Newgrounds, you could also do that... But that's not really that different of a link to me, yet it's nice not having to go to YouTube for people to watch'em (But you have to upload them there... Don't know now which other webpages you can embed videos from, 'cause I'm not familiar with those...).
